What is the Refund Policy?

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our website https://shoppingatmariska.com and governs the terms and conditions of refunds for products or services purchased from Shopping At Mariska Pty Ltd.

Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Refund Methods

  • If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds may take 7 – 14 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

How will you get your money back?

  • If the returned item(s) meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 2 days of receiving the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to 27 Juwel Street, Jukskei Park, Randburg 2188.
  • Only regular-priced items may be returned and refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to 27 Juwel Street, Jukskei Park, Randburg 2188
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped or processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been shipped or processed, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation, and our refund policy will apply
