Shipping & Delivery
We offer the following shipping methods for purchased orders:
- We are based in Johannesburg but we ship nationwide.
- It generally takes us 3-14 working days to process and dispatch your order after payment is received.
- We do not deliver to Postal Boxes as our service includes delivery via courier (Door to Door).
- Deliveries are made during business hours 08h00-17h00 Mon-Fri excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Our couriers don’t give exact delivery times and will deliver between 8 am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Our couriers require someone to be at the address provided to accept the delivery alternatively, the goods will be returned.
- Orders are processed from when the payment is received and reflected in our bank account including in the event that proof of payment was presented.
- Orders placed after hours, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day following such day.
- Tracking numbers are provided AFTER the order has been collected by the courier company.
- We, unfortunately, do not accept Cash/Payment on Delivery.
- We do not offer same/next-day delivery as we are unable to guarantee that your order will be delivered in time due to external factors such as supplier delays, load-shedding, courier breakdowns, etc.
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- For areas around Johannesburg including Pretoria Central, delivery generally is the next day from time of dispatch.
- For main cities around Gauteng, delivery generally takes between 3-14 days from time of dispatch.
- For coastal main cities in KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern and Western Cape delivery, delivery generally takes between 7-14 days from time of dispatch.
- All other areas, delivery generally takes between 8-15 days from time of dispatch, depending on the delivery address.
While we endeavor to adhere to the times above, these times are not guaranteed and there might be instances where we are unable to fulfil the order in the allocated time. However, you will always be informed of any delays.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order, destination, and selected shipping method. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

For international orders, please be aware that we don’t offer delivery outside South Africa. The customer will be responsible for their own collection.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of orders, please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such circumstances.
We currently do not ship to certain countries or regions due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations. Please refer to our list of restricted shipping destinations before placing your order.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

While other online stores don’t have a phone number to call, you are welcome to Call/WhatsApp us during our operating times.
In order for us to give you our FRIGHTENINGLY low prices, payment is based on Secure Instant Online Bank Transfer (EFT) payment via Manual Bank Transfer.
You are also welcome to pay using a Credit Card / Debit Card / Zapper / RCS via PayFast however the PayFast charges are then added to the price (the strikethrough amount). Still a bargain!
Need reassurance? We are a registered company (PTY Ltd) with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) and we are also PayFast merchants. These institutes require vigorous verification before allowing you to register with them.
